When I click on KAA@Home it comes up with a Google error. What should I do?

I’ve forgotten my password for my KAA account. How do I reset it?
Password requests can be submitted by yourself or your parent by completing the form on the Student KAA Account Password Reset Request Form below. We need to verify your identity so please submit parent contact details. Parents and students will then receive an email and text message with the new password. Please only complete if your child has forgotten their password.
What is Guardian for Google Classroom?
Guardian access allows parents to receive emails with summaries of work that is set for their children. It does not provide direct access to the actual classroom using apps or the website at this time. Please read below for information on how to set it up and use it.
When guardians join Classroom, they receive regular, automatic email summaries for each of their students. Guardians choose the frequency of the emails—daily or weekly—and can unsubscribe at any time. PLEASE NOTE: We are aware of an issue with the way in which the automated emails open the link on some phones and mobile devices. You do not need any app to accept the invitation.
All parents should have received an email invite from Google Classroom. Please note you need to click on the link and accept the invite to activate it. This will then take you to webpage where you can set the timing and frequency of emails to you. To adjust settings for the email summaries at a later date you can visit this link (using your gmail account) to set frequency of emails or to unsubscribe should you wish: https://classroom.google.com/gs. If you cannot find the email invite please let any teacher know and they will log a request for it to be resent by the KAA IT team.
Guardian email summaries include:
- Missing work—Work that’s late at the time the email was sent
- Upcoming work—Work that’s due today and tomorrow (for daily emails) or work that’s due in the upcoming week (for weekly emails)
- Class activity—Announcements, assignments, and questions recently posted by teachers
