Y7 Basketball vs Holland Park

The KAA year 7 and 8 basketball teams travelled to Holland Park School on Friday for the RBKC games.

The year 7 team started the proceedings and despite it being their first game together, they put on a fantastic display from the first whistle, cruising to a 16-10 victory. Mahi Miah proved he is as dangerous with a basketball as he has been with a football this season, sinking 8 points in total. John (4), Ricardo (2) and Kyle (2) added to the KAA total. Ricardo Grant was dominant in defence, ensuring the KAA lead remained intact throughout the game, despite playing against a strong Holland Park side. The team thoroughly enjoyed the game and will be improving their skills during PE lessons this half-term.
