Y8 netball team nominate against Sion Manning, Holland Park & Chelsea Academy

The girls netball team had a busy week with 3 back to back matches last Thursday. With the trip to Germany and some injuries we were down a player but still determined to win some points.

Their first match against Sion Manning was impressive. Excellent defending from Jainaba (8 Matisse) and brilliant teamwork despite being down a player meant the team came away with a 3-1 victory.

The points didn’t stop there and they took the win from Holland Park too.

Feeling the pressure by the final match against Chelsea Academy, it went back and forth and came down to the wire, the impressive team of 6 came away with a 5-5 draw. Excellent play from everyone!
