Sixth Form Quiz Night

On Tuesday 23rd February we welcomed 120 offer holders to a Sixth Form Quiz night. The evening gave the future KAA students a snapshot of the new Sixth Form and an opportunity to meet their fellow students and KAA staff members. The evening began with a welcome from Mr Benson, followed by quiz, family dining style dinner and the chance to tour the academy and talk to subject teachers about their chosen A levels.

The quiz questions were read out by our Heads of Department and included rounds testing the students’ knowledge of Product Design, Languages, Computer Science, Music, English, Maths, Biology, Physics, History, Geography, and Art. The competition was extremely tight, but table 16 won with an impressive score of 53 out of 66. Congratulations to the winning students, who were awarded with Westfield vouchers for their win.

Staff and students enjoyed a wonderful evening and we look forward to welcoming students back for the induction day in the summer term.
