U13 Girls’ Football vs Capital City Academy

Match report by Miss Demeester
This week the U13 girls’ football team travelled to Capital City Academy. In high spirits, despite the mighty wind and rain the girls started strong. Vitara, Giovanna and Tahana worked tirelessly together to keep the ball in our end. The difficult conditions meant that Capital City managed to sneak a couple of goals past us in the first half. Strong defensive performances from Suad and Asia in the second half helped keep the goals at bay, but some missed shots by us meant that Capital City came away with a 3-0 win.
Next week we are welcoming two schools to our home turf and we hope to bring the first big win in the team’s amazing new kit.
Woman of the Match: Tahana
