Y11 Mock Exams – Monday 28th November to Thursday 8th December

Year 11 Mock Exams take place from Monday 28th November to Thursday 8th December. Below is the full mock exam timetable. Students have been issued today with their personalised exam timetable. Please note that Friday 9th December is a staff training day and the school is closed to students.

During the mock period there will be some changes to the school day. Students are expected to arrive every day at the usual time – between 8:00 and 8:30. Their finish time will depend on the length of their afternoon exam. There are no normal Year 11 lessons taking place during the 2-week mock period. Instead, students will have mock exams or study sessions. If a student does not have an exam, they will study in their timetabled classroom – where they will be expected to revise independently throughout the study session. If students don’t have an afternoon exam, they will be registered by their usual classroom teacher at 2pm and then sent home to revise (behaviour dependent).  Students are expected to attend their mock exams in full school uniform. Students will receive their results on the Mock Results Evening, which will take place on Thursday 5th January at 6pm. Please add this date to your diary now if you have not already done so.
