Year 7 boys football team victory

On Sunday 24th May our Year 7 Boys Football team headed to QPR’s Loftus Road Stadium for the West London Schools plate final. The boys, supported by staff, students and parents, put on a spectacular performance, winning 6-2 and lifting KAA’s first football trophy.

The team did well in the QPR Schools League this season and did brilliantly to finish 6th after ending the season with a convincing 8-0 win against Hammersmith Academy. The team showed great character and determination in the West London Schools Plate tournament, and after a tense 4-3 semi-final win against Holland Park at the end of the half term the boys made it through to the final.

The big match had an air of occasion, hosted by QPR in the Community Trust at Loftus Road Stadium. The KAA boys made a quick start and took the lead in the first half. A huge congratulations to the team for their fantastic performance.
