KAA’s Got Talent 2015

As part of House Charity week, on Wednesday 25th November KAA hosted the second annual KAA’s Got Talent competition. The 13 acts that made it through the audition process performed to an excited crowd of over 300 students, staff, friends and family. KAA’s Got Talent was part of Angelou’s House Charity Week fundraising; students sold the £1 tickets to the event, with all the money raised going to homeless charity Crisis.
The quality was outstanding and our panel of judges – Mr Malik, Ms Hitchcock, Ms Yearwood and Ms Rieder – had a tough job on their hands. However, they were unanimous in the decision to award first place to Mahi, John and Adjei for their astounding break dancing routine to Madcon’s Beggin’. Johara and Zena’s duet came second, and the crowd’s favourite Asia came third for her beautiful acapella rendition of Adele’s Hello.
Huge congratulations must go to all of the students that performed for KAA’s Got Talent and thank you to the parents and friends of our students that joined us to support KAA and the Crisis at Christmas appeal.
