Angelou wins House Music 2018-19

The KAA house competitions started with a flourish as over a hundred students took part in the House Music finals on Thursday 18th October.
The first major house competition of the year saw each house perform a song of their choice to our special guest judges, accompanied by Mr Malik as traditional. The students performed for each year group throughout the day, before the final judged performance in lesson 6.
Our thanks to Miss Cockell and Mr Rigby for their work with students across the half term to create our best house music competition to date. Angelou won first place, taking them into the lead for the 2018-2019 house cup at the end of the Autumn 1 term. Many congratulations to Miss Arnold and the entire Angelou team!
