On Wednesday 3rd February the KAA’s Got Talent Winners, Mahi (7 Matisse), John (7 Baker) and Adjei (7 Baker), represented Kensington and Chelsea at the London Youth Games Dance competition. The team travelled in high spirts to the Copper Box Arena in the Olympic Park. The routine, devised entirely by the students, included the addition of Jayden (8 Winfrey) and was performed seamlessly with high energy.
In the feedback the judges commented that their “fantastic energy”, “great interactions” and “variety of movement” were lovely to see. In a highly competitive division of 24 the team placed a respectable 18th. Another success for this well-established dance ensemble. They will perform next during House Music and will continue to go from strength to strength.
